Dovleacul se curata de coaja si de seminte si apoi se feliaza subtire.
Intr-o tigaie se pun smantana, laptele si dovleacul, asezonate cu sare si piper alb.
Se gatesc la foc mediu, cu capac, pana cand se inmoaie dovleacul.
Se unge cu unt un vas de copt si se aseaza dovleacul in straturi.

Se coace 20 de minute la 180 de grade, pana se inmaroneste usor la suprafata.
Se lasa sa se raceasca bine si se taie in formele preferate.
Inainte de servire se mai incalzeste cateva minute la cuptorul incins la 180 de grade.
