Se dizolva zaharul in cafeaua adusa la fierbere, apoi se adauga apa si se lasa sa se raceasca. Se toarna intr-un bol si se baga la congelator.
Din cand in cand se amesteca granita pentru a sparge gheata care se formeaza. Se repeta pana cand amestecul semi-inghetat capata o consistenta uniforma.
Se scoate din congelator si se serveste in 4 boluri individuale.
