Se spala ardeii grasi, se curata de seminte si se toaca marunt.
Coaja de la o lamaie se taie cu cutitul si apoi in fasii subtiri.
Intr-o tigaie se pune la prajit in ulei de masline catelul de usturoi decojit, intreg.

Se adauga ardeii grasi si mazarea, impreuna cu rozmarinul si coaja de lamaie.
Se asezoneaza cu sare si piper.
Se soteaza la foc mare cam 30 de minute si apoi se servesc.
