Se spala merele si se scot cotoarele. Se taie in jumatati si se umplu cu gemul amestecat cu stafide (daca stafidele sunt prea uscate se pot inmuia in prealabil in apa calda 15 minute, dar se usuca foarte bine inainte de a le pune in gem). Si se decoreaza cu fulgi de migdale. Se decoreaza cu putin zahar pudra si scortisoara si se pun intr-un vas unt cu unt pentru 15 minute in cuptorul incins la 180 de grade.
